Move up and move on. That's how I've always been. Pack those bags, lose them at the airport. Why do you need to keep the things you had last year? Memories stay in your head and are always a part of you. They also make you who you are today, will be, can be. Make it a part of your resume. Not the professional one, but the personal one. The one where references aren't necessarily always good.
