I agree with this horoscope up to a certain point. However, I also think this can be something you try to convince yourself when you are unhappy in a relationship. You tell yourself, oh well nobody's perfect, and it keeps you from seeking out something better that you might really need or deserve.
I see what they're getting at...I guess it can go both ways
